  Was having trouble starting my Nissan Altima, turns out my battery was not good. Called spoke to Matt, he was able to get me in right away. Still under warranty so they got me a new one. Didn’t take too long either. They even washed my car. Excellent service

  Worked with Daniel Gonzalez and he was great. Very personable, very to the point and kept things moving along. The financing portion was equally concise, but everything that I wasn't familiar with was explained in an easy to understand way. Pricing portion was standard for a car dealership, but as long as you do your research, they were very fair with limited back and forth. Definitely better than my last experience.

  Susana restored my faith in car dealers. I asked her a couple of times if everything will work out because I didn't want to waste her time. She assured me that she could get me financing. I even send a message to her before I came. Again the same answer. Well I drove away a 2020 Nissan Rouge. I want to express my thanks to everyone at Metro Nissan who worked with me.

  Overall pleasant! Susie and GM Jason were amazing. Walked in thinking I was going to get what I was looking at on-line, to then getting something newer less miles with everything I wanted... Minus the V6, but sport makes up for it. Susie is badass female making her hustle, hands down you have to be one of the coolest! Wasn’t pressuring, and listened to what I wanted.

  Amazing customer service. I was in a car accident a week ago, and they were very sensitive to that fact and did everything they could to help smooth the process over for my unexpected new car purchase. They really went out of their way to work with my budget. I did not feel forced into anything, and after being through something traumatic, their commitment to taking care of me and walking me through the process and being sensitive to my situation was extremely appreciated and helped me to be very confident in my purchase.

  Made an appointment online and car was promptly taken care of and delivered on time as promised. Kevin Griffin was my advisor, answered every question and made the process seamless.

  The Nissan Pathfinder I bought yesterday is my 4th Nissan, and I have bought all of them at Nissan of Redlands. They have the best staff, so professional and nice. The sales guy helped us out showed us a couple cars and test drove them both. When we want to leave he introduced us to his manager Danny, they were both truly helpful.

I got a new Leaf :) I'm paying the same as I was for my used car :) (taking into consideration of what I spent for gas every month) under 1% financing made all the difference I don't believe I've ever had a team work so hard to give me what I wanted considering what I could pay!

  Even the finance department guy (sorry I don't remember your name) went through every detail in the contract. I left the dealership happy. I honestly don't know how I lived without Bluetooth in my car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PETE!! He's amazing at his job and does everything he can for you. You won't regret it. :)

  Loving my experience at Metro Nissan in Redlands!! They have quite the set up here for waiting. Bagels. Bottle water. A quiet room with recliners for service customers. You can check out iPads while you wait. And they have "work" stations to plug in your laptops.
